What materials are allowed in the dumpster?
General household items, furniture, remodeling waste, shingles, decking, flooring and drywall. Paint, fuel, tires, batteries and freon-containing appliances are not accepted. Yard debris, soil and concrete go in a dedicated heavy-debris container.
Does Ann Arbor require a permit for a dumpster?
Not when it sits on a private driveway. If the container needs to go on a public road, Ann Arbor requires a right-of-way permit — we will tell you exactly where to apply.
Is same-day dumpster delivery available?
In most cases, yes — place your order before 1pm on a weekday and we will fit you into that afternoon's route. Orders after 1pm go on the first run the following morning.
